Established in 2020, the District Mission Management Unit (DMMU) Seppa functions as the nerve center for ArSRLM operations across East Kameng, Papum Pare, and Pakke Kessang districts. Located opposite the BSNL office in Seppa town, this unit coordinates mission strategies to enhance rural livelihoods, with a focus on financial inclusion, SHG federations, entrepreneurship, and gender equality.

It currently oversees 16 blocks, including 13 BMMUs and 3 extension blocks, serving thousands of SHG women across the region. Through strong institutional frameworks and field teams, DMMU Seppa has grown into a transformative engine of community empowerment.
