“I used to be too shy to speak and relied on others to talk for me in offices. Joining the SHG and becoming a Livelihood Cadre changed that. With training and support from ArSRLM, I’ve gained the confidence to speak up and make decisions. I still feel nervous at times, but I know I’m growing—and that matters most. This journey has made me believe in myself.”
